The Digital Control Valve, employing a diaphragm-operated main valve and two solenoid valves, functions through specific stages of operation. In its default state, the normally open (NO) solenoid connects the valve cover chamber to upstream pressure, while the normally closed (NC) solenoid connects it to downstream pressure.

With electronic batch control, the valve operates in three stages:

Energizing both NO and NC solenoids gradually opens the valve.
De-energizing the NC solenoid (while NO remains energized) locks the valve in its current position.
De-energizing both NO and NC solenoids gradually closes the valve.

This digital control capability enables precise regulation of fluid flow based on operational needs, making the Diaphragm Digital Control Valve suitable for applications requiring accurate and programmable flow control in industrial processes such as batch processing, water treatment, and chemical production.
