The eccentric rotary control valves, constructed from ASTM A216 Grade WCB material, are available in sizes ranging from DN25 to DN100, with a pressure rating of 150 LB, PN25. They are complete with a pneumatic actuator, digital/smart positioner, and air filter regulator for precise flow control. The plug remains clear of the seat until it nears the cutoff position by a few degrees. In some cases, we refer to the plug as a cam. When it engages with the seat, the sealing surfaces dynamically align to achieve a tight cutoff.
