Our Pressure Balanced Cage Type Control Valves, made from ASTM A216 WCB, are designed for heavy-duty services. Available in 2-inch size with 150 LB rating and flanged end (Flat Face, FF), these valves feature a compact body with an S-shaped flow passage for minimal pressure loss. The stabilizer ensures turbulent flow regulation around the cage, providing large flow capacity, rangeability, and precise flow characteristics. The pressure-balanced valve plug allows high differential pressure control with minimal actuating force. The integrated actuator, equipped with a compact yet powerful diaphragm and multiple springs, ensures efficient operation. These valves are ideal for controlling high or low temperature, high pressure, or high differential pressure process lines, offering dynamic stability, low noise, and resistance to cavitation and flashing.
