This angle multi-stage pressure reduction control valve is ideal for applications with high differential pressure and those prone to flash evaporation and cavitation. Designed with multi-hole cages, it offers a multi-stage pressure reduction trim that reduces internal energy and flow velocity from the first cage. By using multiple cages, the valve ensures that medium pressure stays above saturated vapor pressure, preventing flash evaporation and cavitation. Standard configuration includes an unbalanced single-seat plug, with hardened plug and seat for extended trim life. Larger sizes feature a balanced cage valve structure for optimal performance.
