The Pressure Balanced Cage Type Control Valves are engineered for heavy-duty applications. With a compact body design featuring an S-shaped flow passage and a stabilizer for regulating turbulent flow around the cage, these valves offer minimal pressure loss, large flow capacity, rangeability, and precise flow characteristics. The pressure-balanced valve plug allows for control of high differential pressure with minimal actuating force. Integrated with simple yet powerful mechanisms, the actuator utilizes a compact diaphragm actuator loaded with multiple springs. Widely applicable for reliable control in high or low-temperature, high-pressure, or high-differential pressure processes, these valves prioritize dynamic stability, low noise, and resistance to cavitation and flashing.
