Our Pressure Balanced Cage Type Control Valves are widely applicable for reliable control in high or low temperature, high pressure, or high differential pressure process lines, providing dynamic stability, low noise, and cavitation/flashing resistance. Made from ASTM A216 WCB, these valves are available in sizes from 3/4 inch to 16 inches (DN20-DN400) and rated at 500 LB with flanged ends. They operate within a temperature range of -196 to +450°C. The compact valve body features an S-shaped flow passage with low pressure loss and a stabilizer to regulate turbulent flow around the cage, ensuring large flow capacity, rangeability, and high accuracy. The pressure-balanced valve plug allows high differential pressure control with minimal actuating force, while the diaphragm actuator, loaded with multiple springs, ensures powerful and efficient operation.
