Introducing our Pneumatic Small-Port Cage-Guided Single-Seated Control Valves, engineered for high differential pressure applications where fluid differential pressure exceeds 2940 kPa (30 kgf/cm²). These valves are also ideal for heavy-duty scenarios where flashing or cavitation may occur. Their robust guides and protective cage design effectively prevent valve body erosion.
The compact valve body features an S-shaped flow passage, ensuring low pressure loss, high flow capacity, and excellent rangeability. Available with a wide range of Cv values, the valve plugs provide versatile flow control. The flow shutoff performance adheres to the highest standards, utilizing a simple yet powerful diaphragm actuator with multiple springs.
