Introducing our Pressure Balanced Cage Type Control Globe Valves, available in sizes ranging from 3/4 inch to 16 inches (DN20-DN400), made from ASTM A351 CF8 material. Designed for heavy-duty services, these valves feature a compact valve body with an S-shaped flow passage, minimizing pressure loss, and a stabilizer that regulates turbulent flow around the cage, ensuring high flow capacity, rangeability, and precise flow characteristics.
The pressure-balanced valve plug allows for flow control under high differential pressure with minimal actuating force. Integrated with simple yet powerful mechanisms, the diaphragm actuator, loaded with multiple springs, ensures efficient operation.
These valves find wide applications in controlling high or low-temperature, high-pressure, or high differential pressure process lines, offering dynamic stability, low noise, and resistance to cavitation and flashing.
